From Objective to Agreement

Once we understand what needs to be achieved, we can define:

• the scope of the work;
• what will be included;
• any important dependencies or exclusions;
• how the work will be delivered;
• the likely timescale; and
• the investment and payment arrangement.

Depending on the requirement, this may become a fixed Partnership project or an ongoing Partnership arrangement.

Nothing starts, and no payment is required, until we’ve agreed what we’re doing.
