The Vision

Lunesdale Escapes is a family-run tourism business offering a range of accommodation including holiday cottages, touring caravan pitches and glamping experiences.

When the owners contacted Clarity Digital Results, they weren’t looking for a completely new website. They simply wanted the website they had commissioned to be finished properly and supported by someone they could rely on.

Their previous developer had changed career before completing the project, leaving them with a website that had been launched despite being only partially finished and containing a number of errors.

For a business that depends on online bookings, having an incomplete website created unnecessary frustration and uncertainty.

The Journey

The first priority was to stabilise the existing website, resolve the outstanding issues and complete the work that had originally been commissioned.

Rather than rebuilding everything from scratch, we worked with the existing WordPress and Elementor website, gradually correcting problems, improving the visitor experience and ensuring the website accurately reflected the business.

Over the following three years our role naturally evolved beyond fixing problems.

As Lunesdale Escapes expanded its accommodation offering, the website evolved alongside the business. Most recently, we updated the website to showcase the new Mongolian Yurts as a key feature while retiring the Bell Tent accommodation that was no longer available.

This approach has allowed the website to continue supporting the business as it grows, without the disruption of starting again.

Today we continue to provide the ongoing technical support that allows the owners to concentrate on running the business.
