For routine changes, simply contact CDR and we’ll take care of them within the normal Progress relationship.
That doesn’t mean Progress provides unlimited website development.
It’s designed to provide a sensible level of ongoing support for the regular changes that naturally occur as a business develops.
What If I Need Something Bigger?
Sometimes a website needs more than a routine update.
You might want a completely new section, additional functionality, a new booking system, an online shop or another substantial development.
Those projects can still be handled by CDR.
We’ll discuss what you need, agree the scope and price before work begins, and your normal Progress support can continue alongside the additional project.
Where appropriate, larger development costs may also be structured using CDR’s agreed project payment options.
You don’t need to change developer just because the project gets bigger.
What Progress Doesn’t Include
Progress is designed for routine ongoing website support, rather than unlimited development or general IT support.
Large development projects and substantial new functionality are scoped separately.
Support for your own computers, devices, Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft 365/Exchange or other end-user software isn’t included.
And ongoing SEO & Visibility is a separate service.
Every website CDR builds starts with appropriate search foundations, but actively monitoring and improving how your business performs across traditional and AI search requires a different type of work.
That means you only pay for SEO & Visibility if your business actually needs it.
