SEO & Visibility Growth

Service Schedule

This Service Schedule applies when you purchase the SEO & Visibility Growth service from Facilitation Dynamics Ltd, trading as Clarity Digital Results (“CDR”).

It should be read together with the Clarity Digital Results Terms & Conditions and your individual Project Particulars, which together form our agreement.

1. The service

SEO & Visibility Growth is a focused SEO implementation programme designed to improve the organic visibility of one agreed product, service or commercially important area of your business.

It is not an unlimited SEO retainer or a programme intended to optimise every area of your website.

Before the project begins, CDR and the Client will agree the specific focus of the Growth Sprint.

2. Your Growth focus

Your individual Project Particulars will identify:

  • the website being worked on;

  • the product, service or commercial area forming the focus of the project;

  • the primary objective of the work;

  • any important existing pages or content;

  • any specific inclusions agreed following CDR’s initial review; and

  • any agreed variations to this standard Service Schedule.

Work outside this agreed focus is not automatically included.

3. What the Growth Sprint includes

CDR will review the agreed commercial area and determine an appropriate combination of SEO, content, structural and customer-journey improvements.

Depending upon the website and the opportunities identified, the work may include:

  • analysis of relevant search intent and search opportunities;

  • review and improvement of the principal product, service or subject page;

  • development or improvement of the content structure surrounding the agreed focus;

  • creation or improvement of relevant supporting pages and/or articles;

  • development of a logical hub and supporting-content structure where appropriate;

  • improvement of internal linking between relevant content;

  • optimisation of page titles, descriptions, headings and on-page content;

  • relevant technical or structural SEO improvements;

  • review and improvement of calls to action and the journey from discovery to enquiry, purchase or another appropriate conversion;

  • improvements intended to help search engines and AI-powered discovery systems understand the business, subject matter and relationships between relevant content; and

  • other SEO implementation reasonably required to support the agreed Growth focus.

The precise combination of work will depend upon CDR’s assessment of the website and the agreed commercial objective.

The service is therefore outcome and scope led rather than based upon a predetermined number of keywords, articles, backlinks or pages.

4. Focused implementation

SEO Growth is intentionally concentrated around one agreed product, service or commercial area.

For example, where a business offers ten different services, purchasing one Growth Sprint does not include comprehensive SEO work across all ten services.

Related content may be created or improved where it genuinely supports the agreed focus.

If CDR identifies worthwhile opportunities outside the agreed Growth area, these may be recommended as future work but will not be undertaken or charged for without further agreement.

5. Investment

The standard investment for an SEO & Visibility Growth Sprint is:

£1,995 + VAT

The Project Particulars will confirm the price before the Client commits to the project.

Unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed, payment is due before implementation work begins.

No additional charge will be made for work outside the agreed scope without the Client’s agreement.

6. Nature and scale of the programme

A typical SEO Growth Sprint involves approximately 15–20 hours of focused analysis, implementation, content, structural and optimisation work following the initial assessment and definition of the project.

This figure is provided to indicate the typical scale of the programme and is not an hourly allocation or timesheet entitlement.

The service is purchased for the agreed scope and intended outcomes rather than for a specified number of working hours.

CDR will determine how the available implementation effort is most effectively applied within the agreed Growth focus.

7. What is not included

Unless specifically included in the Project Particulars, SEO Growth does not include:

  • unlimited or whole-site SEO;

  • optimisation of unrelated products or services;

  • ongoing monthly SEO after completion of the Growth Sprint;

  • a guaranteed number of articles, pages, keywords or backlinks;

  • Google Ads, paid search or other paid advertising;

  • advertising spend;

  • extensive website redesign or redevelopment;

  • major new website functionality;

  • third-party software, subscriptions or licence costs;

  • social media management;

  • email marketing campaigns;

  • ongoing content production following completion of the Sprint; or

  • work unrelated to the agreed Growth focus.

Where additional work would be beneficial, CDR will discuss this separately with the Client.

8. What CDR needs from you

The Client will provide reasonable access to the systems required to carry out the work.

Depending upon the project, this may include access to:

  • the website and content management system;

  • Google Search Console;

  • Google Analytics;

  • hosting or technical settings where required;

  • relevant product or service information;

  • existing brand assets, images or content; and

  • other platforms reasonably necessary for the agreed work.

CDR will explain what access is required.

The Client remains responsible for approving material business claims and ensuring that information supplied to CDR is accurate and lawful.

Delays in providing essential information, access or approvals may affect the project timescale.

9. Content and implementation

Where appropriate, CDR may draft, edit, restructure or recommend content as part of the Growth Sprint.

The Client’s existing knowledge, materials and website content may be used as source information.

Where Client approval is reasonably required before publication, CDR will request it.

Once content or changes have been approved, substantial subsequent changes requested by the Client may fall outside the agreed scope.

10. Search engines and AI visibility

SEO Growth is intended to strengthen the website’s relevance, structure, content, discoverability and customer journey.

Search engines and AI-powered discovery systems are operated by independent third parties.

CDR cannot guarantee:

  • a particular Google or other search-engine ranking;

  • a particular increase in traffic;

  • inclusion in an AI-generated answer or recommendation;

  • a particular number of enquiries or sales; or

  • a particular financial return.

SEO performance can also be affected by competitors, search behaviour, algorithm changes, market conditions and changes made to the website after completion.

CDR will apply reasonable professional judgement to improve the agreed area but does not control these external systems.

11. Timescale

SEO Growth is a focused project rather than an ongoing monthly service.

The expected implementation period will be confirmed in the Project Particulars once the scope, access requirements and availability have been established.

Search visibility may continue to develop after implementation has been completed. Completion of the Growth Sprint does not mean that search engines or AI systems will immediately reflect every change made.

12. Completion and review

At the end of the Growth Sprint, CDR will review the work undertaken and identify appropriate next steps.

These may include:

  • allowing the implemented work time to develop;

  • monitoring search performance;

  • maintaining and developing the Growth area;

  • undertaking further supporting content;

  • addressing another product or service area; or

  • moving to an appropriate ongoing SEO service.

There is no requirement to purchase an ongoing SEO service following completion of the Growth Sprint.

Any further work will be agreed separately.

13. Cancellation

Once the project has been accepted and paid for, CDR may begin assessment, planning and implementation work.

If the Client subsequently asks to cancel the project, CDR will calculate the reasonable value of work already undertaken together with any non-refundable third-party costs or commitments incurred for the project.

Any balance remaining after those amounts have been deducted will be refunded to the Client.

Where CDR has substantially completed the agreed Growth Sprint before cancellation, the project fee will remain payable.

This section should be read together with the cancellation and termination provisions in the Clarity Digital Results Terms & Conditions.
