It doesn’t include routine content changes, replacing images, rewriting pages, adding new sections or functionality, or ongoing work on connected digital systems.
If you regularly want help making changes to your website, Progress may be a better fit.
Larger development projects can also be discussed and priced separately whenever you need them.
SEO & Visibility is separate too. Peace of Mind looks after the website itself; ongoing work to monitor or improve how your business performs in search is provided through CDR’s separate SEO & Visibility services.
End-user email and device support — CDR can manage hosting-level email accounts where provided with your hosting, but support for Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft 365/Exchange, mobile devices and other email software isn’t included.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
Websites occasionally develop problems even when they’re properly maintained.
If you notice something isn’t working as expected, contact CDR and we’ll investigate the issue and explain what has happened in straightforward language.
If a problem has resulted directly from routine maintenance carried out by CDR, restoring the website to normal operation forms part of that maintenance.
If the issue involves something outside the maintenance plan — such as a third-party platform, new development requirement or substantial additional work — we’ll explain the options before carrying out chargeable work.
